We are proud to announce that over 90% of goods ordered before 2pm are delivered next working day to anywhere in UK mainland. What's more, spend over £50 and we'll deliver free of charge!
If you'd like deliver to outside UK mainland, No problem, Just drop us a line telling us the products, quantities and the address you'd like them delivering to and we'll quote you are most competitive delivery service. Sometimes it may work out cheaper for you to collect. This too can be easily arranged, and weights and dimensions given to help you obtain your own collection service.
Perhaps you'd like items delivered somewhere else. This too can be arranged quite easily. When paying online the card processing company will require you to enter the address where your card is registered to. So after completing your order just drop us a line instructing us where you'd like your order delivering to.
We are here to help. It is of course quite normal that you may receive something that isn't for you.
We need to be informed about unwanted items within three days of delivery, but you have up to seven days to return the item(s). Proof of purchase may be required. To return an unwanted item it is important that you email us first, and all future correspondence is kept in writing. This safe guards who said what to who. As an independent distributor we are the intermediate between you and the supplier, and our aim is to negotiate the best resolution on your behalf.
Please beware some items may be special order and carry a restrictive or none return policy.
